Cork Chinese New Year Celebration

Celebrate Chinese new year with a candle ceremony and much more this Saturday night in the Marina Market.

Declan Sinnott & Guests @ Cork Chinese New Year Festival in Corks Marina Market 24th FEBRUARY CORK

This Chinese New Year 2024 Multi Cultural Multi Faith event is where we conduct a Buddhist Chanting Ritual and we light 1000 candles and pray for Peace and Luck for everyone and invite people who visit the event to light candles for their wishes and those of their loved ones. We always honour all faith traditions and this year as the world to being on the brink of expanding wars and the refugee crisis.

I would like to invite everyone to be part of a Multicultural Multi Faith Ritual to be held on the 24th of February 2024 @ Cork’s Marina Market.

In many cultures and religions, lighting candles is a symbol of faith, miracle, enlightenment, peace, concentration, life-giving power, and joy.
