Meet scientists from across Cork City, County, and beyond, as they share the excitement of discovery in engaging and accessible ways. For families who prefer a calmer environment, we’re offering a dedicated Quiet Hour; low-sensory experience for a gentler way to enjoy the day.

The Dragon Experience
Get ready for a roaring adventure at the Marina Market this October with The Dragon Experience. A live show for the whole family featuring smoke breathing animatronic Dragons and playful puppets.
Step into a world of fantasy as the Marina Market is transformed into a dragon sanctuary. Watch as the dragons come to life before your eyes from Draven the wise forest guardian to Ember the tiny flame breather and Nadder our breathtaking full sized Dragon with roars, smoke and magical surprises, The Dragon Experience is a family show designed to entertain and amaze. After the performance families will have the chance to meet the dragons up close, capture magical photos and gently interact with them under staff guidance.
Show Times:11:30am, 1:00pm & 2:30pm. Each show runs for approximately 30 minutes followed by a meet & greet and photo opportunity with the dragons.
